The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away. Pablo Picasso

Angela has always had an interest in health and fitness – since she could comprehend the word vegetable and long before she could walk. With a dad as a doctor, healthy living was drilled into her from an early age. While climbing the corporate ladder, these fundamental values held her in relatively good stead, though she knew there was more to unleash. The corporate world no longer employs the traditional 9–5 and instead demands a 24 hour plugged-in phenomena. This context meant these traditional principles were more difficult to apply.

Angela decided to start her own research, study and experimentation into the ways to supercharge these principles in the corporate world. With this new knowledge it somehow all became easier to fit it all in. Angela was working her full-time job as a senior behavioural researcher, studying in wellness, renovating her first home, and socialising and networking weekly. We all get given the same 24 hours in a day, but how we feel during that time ultimately determines how efficient and effective we are at completing what we need and want to get done. Angela wanted to create a way to elevate the energy of all her clients!
